This Reference Material can be used to confirm measurements of transient fluorescent signals and phosphorescence.

Description and Discussion

 

Polymer blocks doped with Europium III, which when excited exhibits phosphorescence with a lifetime around 2 ms. The certificate supplied gives decay rate and phosphorescence lifetime for gate times of 50 μS and 2 μS using a measurement delay time of 0.1 mS. The reference data were obtained using excitation and emission wavelengths of 340 nm and 615 nm respectively.
